About Opening & Closing The Aura
This is an audio track that you can use before your meditations. On the full CD I take you through the chakras one at a time. This extract follows from the point after the lower chakras are activated and leads you into a meditation that will energise your aura and increase your sensitivity to the spirit world.
Steinar and i have endeavoured to set a relaxing mood and I speak with language patterns that are conducive to deep meditation. Once this video has finished you may want to remain in meditation and feel yourself draw close to the spirit world.
I often use this CD to open my home Psychic Circles. Once everyone has used this CD to become attuned to spirit we meditate for another 15 minutes or so and then practice our clairvoyance.
Once we have finished our spiritual work we then return to meditation and then CLOSE THE AURA. It is important to do this after you have been working mediumistically or with clairvoyance as you will be highly sensitive. You need to close down afterwards or you will pick up other people's vibrations and will soon start to feel drained.
This CD will stop this occurring and will protect your aura from negative energies.
