MEDIUMISTIC TECHNIQUES
In this class I show my Psychic Circle the technique of blindfold clairvoyance. This is a method often used within medium’s circles as it forces the practitioner to trust their inner voice. This method helps to build a stronger link with spirit as it cuts out any other influences such as the sitter’s facial expression, tone of voice or clues given by their posture and gestures.
All the confirmations and denials given by the sitter are relayed by a third party and the medium (in this case me) is completely unaware of who is sat behind them. When the person about to receive the reading is selected, the other people in the circle are asked to shuffle around and make some noise as the selection is being made so that the medium giving the reading has no audible clue as to where the sitter was previously sat.
This method is very good at increasing the mediums ability to listen to the messages from spirit that they hear or sense from within. It internalises the clairvoyance and can also help to build the mediums confidence and ability.
It is quite a hard method for beginners and I struggled a little too at the start. Also the business about the Russian convoys was not taken at first but was taken afterwards.
