What Happens in a Group Mediumship Session?
Welcome to the group readings. If this is your first time joining one of my Zoom sessions, please read this page so you know what to expect and how to get the best from the experience.
A group Zoom reading is similar in spirit to what you might see at a theatre demonstration of mediumship, or at an evening of clairvoyance in a Spiritualist church. I will be drawn to some people in the group and will give messages from loved ones in the spirit world.
Please remember two important things before we begin:
Not everyone will receive a personal message.
This is a group demonstration, so I will give as many messages as I can, but it is not possible for everyone present to receive one.
This is primarily mediumship.
The main purpose is communication with the spirit world and evidence of survival after death. It is not mainly about predictions, fortune-telling, or general life guidance.
How the Mediumship Works
Sometimes I may feel drawn directly to a person in the group. More often, I first become aware of the spirit communicator. They may give me a name, a relationship, a memory, a detail about their personality, their passing, their home life, their work, or something else that may help identify them.
This information is what we call evidence. The purpose of the evidence is to help you recognise the person in spirit and know that the message is truly meant for you.
Once the communicator has been recognised, they may give a short message of love, comfort, reassurance, or guidance. The heart of the session, however, is proof of survival: showing that love, memory, personality, and consciousness continue beyond physical death.
How to Claim a Message
If you recognise the spirit communicator or feel the message may be for you, it is very important that you let me know.
You can do this by:
- Waving at the camera
- Writing in the Zoom chat
- Using the “raise hand” button
- Speaking when invited to do so
Sometimes more than one person may recognise the details. This can happen in group mediumship. If it does, I will ask for more evidence until we find the right recipient for the message.
Please do not worry if you are unsure at first. Just respond honestly. If it is for you, the link will usually become clearer as more information comes through.
Why Your Response Helps
To get the best from the session, please speak with me when I come to you. Your voice helps build the connection and allows the communication to flow more naturally.
You do not need to give me information or lead me. That is not what I am asking for. My job is to bring the evidence through.
But please do respond with clear yes, no, maybe, or I don’t know. This helps strengthen the link. Mediumship is a connection of love, and your natural response can help the spirit communicator draw closer.
What the Messages Are — and Are Not
These sessions are about mediumship: communication from loved ones in spirit.
The messages may include:
- Names, memories, personality details, or family links
- Evidence about the person’s life or character
- Reassurance that they are still close
- A short message of love, comfort, or encouragement
- Occasionally, a little guidance about something happening in your life
The sessions are not primarily about:
- Predicting the future
- Fortune telling
- Giving long personal life readings
- Answering everyone’s private questions
- Replacing a one-to-one reading
I may occasionally give a short psychic message if it naturally arises, and I may also share some teaching about mediumship, psychic development, or spiritual unfoldment. But the main aim is always evidence, upliftment, and proof of survival.
Please Remember: Not Everyone Will Get a Message
Because this is a group session, not everyone will receive a personal message. This is just as it would be in a theatre demonstration or Spiritualist church service.
I will do my best to reach as many people as I can, but the spirit world leads the work. Sometimes the strongest communicators come forward first, and sometimes one message may also bring comfort to many people listening.
Even if you do not receive a direct message, you may still find the session moving, healing, and uplifting.

All group sessions are recorded. Sometimes edited highlights may be shown on my YouTube channel, Patreon, website, or social media pages.
By taking part in the session, you agree that your image, voice, and any message you receive may be included in these edited recordings.
